Step 1 - Submit Your Contract
Fill out the online application & submit required documents (Purchase contract, photos, & planned improvements).
Step 2 - We Underwrite Your Loan
Our in-house underwriting team reviews your deal and can send out terms as quickly as the same day.
Step 3 - Loan Succesfully Funded
After choosing your closing date, gather closing documents (escrow, title, & Insurance), and your deal is funded.
